Seated Acupressure Massage
Seated Acupressure Massage (or on-site massage) is based on a traditional Japanese technique. Its aim is to stimulate the acupressure points in the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back. The use of specific sequence of movements improves the flow of energy throughout the body. It balances and strengthens the body’s muscular, circulatory and nervous system.

What happens when I have a Seated Acupressure Massage?
I will ask you to sit fully dressed in a specially designed massage chair. You will be able to rest your chin and forehead on a thickly padded platform. I will then apply pressure to the acupressure points on the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper arms and spine. This should leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and energised.
